Getting Around the Peak District on eBikes

Active Travel

The Peak District is not only a great place to use eBikes for sightseeing but many of the reasons that make it ideal for touring also make it perfect for using eBikes as an everyday
method of transport helping keep people active and benefiting the environment

Our Vision

We see ourselves as eBike evangelists and want to introduce as many people as possible to the opportunity that the modern eBike offers as a method of transport and are keen to play an active role in getting more eBikes on our roads either by contributing to groups, running tours, selling eBikes or organising community eBike rides

Cycle Derbyshire Map

This interactive map has been designed to help you plan cycle routes using quiet roads and traffic-free paths where possible and is a useful resource to help with your active transport journey. It enables you to edit routes then "Get Route" with a GPS file download that can be transferred to your phone or mobile GPS

When you are going to use your eBike for active transportation there are quite a few extra features that are essential like MIK luggage carrier (suitable for multiple bags / boxes), built in lights, mudguards for protection and kick stand for easy parking

Our Routes

A key part of our business model are the routes that we have developed for our tours which can introduce participants to new ways to connect places and make travel more interesting. Although we do not publish our routes oublically we do contribute to working groups developing new traffic free routes like the new White Peak Loop
