We thought you might find it useful to know the main maintenance tricks & tips we have learnt over the last couple years. If you buy good quality bikes and keep them well maintained then you should be able to enjoy trouble free ebiking
"M Check" your bike before every ride
Never put it away wet and remove any mud or dirt before storing
Always lubricate your chain before every ride
Do not put up with squeaky brakes apply some disc brake cleaner
Replace the components that do wear out to keep your bike working like new like chains, brake pads & tyres
Modern lithium-ion batteries do not have "memory" so you do not have to drain them to 0%. It is actually better for their longevity to top them up after every ride
Degrease your chain and chainset every 4 or 5 rides
With eBikes you should always keep the software updated as technology is always evolving. You can also run diagnostics through the app (or service centre)
Dependant on the miles you are doing it is always worth having a professional service at least once a year - this is a service we can provide for all eBikes & eTrikes

This ceramic dry lube spray is ideal to protect and extend the life of your chain and can be used with a spray guard to make sure no lubricant gets on your brakes
Stop Your Brakes Squealing
Squealing brakes can be a real pain and this spray will help resolve the issue in minutes. Just apply cycle up and down with your brakes on and it will scrub them clean and stop the noise
